Begin Where I Am

Good morning. I am Maya Vale, and this is the daily affirmation for July ninth, twenty twenty six. Today I begin where I am. I do not need to pretend I am finished. I breathe, I witness, and I tell the truth I can carry. My will is not loud; it is steady. I choose one helpful action, then another. I release the habit of shame, because shame hides the door, and honesty opens it. I can ask for help without surrendering my choice. I can serve others without owning them. I can be led to the waters of knowledge, but only I can drink. My body deserves care. My mind deserves patience. My past can teach me without ruling me. If I fall, I return with humility. If I rise, I rise in service. Consent is sacred. Change begins within. Today, I practice transformation.
